True Direct Drive Performance

Unlike belt or gear-driven wheelbases, the CSL DD connects the steering wheel directly to the motor shaft for faster response times and more accurate force feedback detail.

Important Notes

• Boost Kit Compatible: The CSL DD can be upgraded from 5 Nm to 8 Nm using the optional Fanatec Boost Kit 180.
• QR2 Lite Limitation: Steering wheels using the QR2 Lite Wheel-Side are limited to 8 Nm torque output.
• Safety: Direct Drive wheelbases generate strong force feedback and are not suitable for children. Always mount the wheelbase securely to a rigid cockpit or sim racing chassis.
