Return Process

  Log into your Focus account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of your returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
